If you have ordered items and they do not appear here then this may be due to your shopping session having timed out. The shopping session stays active for 20 minutes beyond your last page request. Try re-ordering your items and do not allow the browser to sit idle for more than 20 minutes while completing your order.

Another issue that could cause an "empty shopping basket" is the URL (website address) you are viewing.  Be sure that the website address exactly matches that for the store - i.e.: that it has a "www." preceding the domain name : for example : "www.thisdomain.com/....".  If the URL needs to be revised, simply place your cursor in the address bar, and type the revised URL as required.
